Statements and representations are opinions, findings, or experiences of individuals and organizations who have generally purchased education and training. Results vary, are not typical, and depend on individual effort, time, and skill, as well as unknown conditions and other factors. We do not measure levels of impact data collection or funding. Instead, we track completed activities and service satisfaction through voluntary surveys. Results show that most customers with advanced training who apply the program achieve results. However, you should not equate completed evaluations with successful evaluations. Additionally, some customers do not continue with the program, do not apply what they learn, or attempt to apply what they learn but still struggle to make the evaluations successful for them.
